The   Mini Barn is a heavy duty building with a "fit your budget" price tag. If you need basic storage, then this barn will satisfy your needs. Standard features include; 2x4 framing spaced 16" on center in the walls. rafters are framed with 2x4s spaced 16" on center with plywood gussets for added support, pressure treated 2x4s 16" on center are used with 5/8" LP ProStruct Sheeting w/SmartFinish for the floor, available with 1/2" painted LP Smartside wood siding or Dutchlap Vinyl siding with 7/16" LP Techshield backer, double fiberglass door, and one window in the rear and gable vents. The roof is constructed with 7/16" LP TechShield sheeting and 30 yr architectural shingles. Available in standard sizes 6x6'-10', 8x8'-16', 10'x10'-24', 12x12'-36', and 14'x20'-36'. Custom sizes also available.
