Cape Style

The Cape is an elegant and practical storage building with 7/12 pitched roof and 6'6" side walls that give ample room for loft storage area. Standards include a set of double doors, 2 windows with shutters, and a pair of gable vents. The floor is constructed of 2x4s 16" on center with 5/8" LP ProStruct Sheeting with SmartFinish. The wall and roof rafters are constructed with 2x4' 16" on center and 7/16" LP TechShield under the shingles. This building is available with 5/8" LP Smartside w/Silvertech wood siding or vinyl siding available in a variety of colors. Double fiberglass doors are standard on all buildings at no additional charge. Sizes are available in 2' increments starting at 6'x6' to 12', 8'x8' to 16', 10'x10' to 24', 12'x12' to 40', and 14'x14' to 48'. Custom sizing is available.

By adding a 4'x8' porch, you can create a Pool House, Cabana or Manor . This is a great idea for a pool side changing room or to store pool supplies and accessory. Ample room with a 7/12 pitch roof. Standards include two windows with shutters, a 3' man door, 2 gable vents and a set of double fiberglass doors. Manor also includes dormer with sunburst window. The framing is 2x4 with 16" o/c joists in the floor, walls, and ceiling. The floor is 5/8" LP ProStruct with SmartFinish and the ceiling is 7/16" LP Techshield. This building is available with 5/8" LP Smartside w/SilverTech wood siding or vinyl siding backed by 1/2" Techshield and available in a variety of colors. Fiberglass doors are standard on Capes at no additional charge. Sizes available in 2' increments are 8'x12' to 16',10'x14' to 24', 12'x14' to 40' and 14'x14' to 48'.
